Abrah Fisk The control panel interface is fairly intuitive and it's easy to manage most things through their web interface. Anything you can't figure out can be resolved with a quick email or support call. Another good point also, is the lack of downtime - really good. Rodrigo Espinosa Gigapros provides superb support... I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution.
