The service is instant and every query I have had they have answered them super fast. Thats why I don't mind going with Glowhost compared to cheaper alternatives- reliability pure and simple and the service is simply so much better. Technical queries no longer frighten me so much as if I send an email I know a response is never far.

Excellent quality of service - and very quick responses to any questions/concerns. I was aware of only 5 minutes downtime (if that) in the first 6 months I've been dealing with Glowhost.com hosting provider. The price is more than reasonable. The patience of their staff with people like me who need lots of guidance is much appreciated.

The support are very helpful and take personal interest in solving queries. I would recommend Glowhost.com hosting to anyone building a website! The speed connectivity of my web sites is fast and I am quite satisfied with this. The price is great. The features are great. Fast support via online chat. I'd like to voice my appreciation to Glowhost Support Staff.

Would like to say that Glowhost.com is great. Once I lost some of my account files. It was my fault and I deleted them by accident. I didn’t know what to do. They back all my files, they treat their customers with utmost respect.

Thanks, Glowhost team - I am 100% happy. The ease of use made it so our website was up and running in a matter of days instead of weeks. I have used Dream Weaver before, and though that offers a plethora of features anyone can start making a site good looking site with glowhost hosting provider! Recommended.

Highly recommended and amazing value. From time to time I've needed to request support. Each time, I've been amazed at how quickly I get a response. Today was no exception - my problem solved in minutes! I would recommend Glowhost to anyone, all requests are dealt with in record time and no problems, a definite 11 out of 10.

Great support and pricing. It's simple, inexpensive, and reliable. We have several domains hosted at Glowhost for several years, and have only had 1 outage. I just wish they had an upgrade path to a business plans, as the basic hosting can be slow some times. Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging.

I will endeavor to follow Glowhost instruction to make my site more secure so this doesn't happen again. I've read through the links provided and they contain some great tips. Thanks again, love their work! I love Glowhost. Having one plan isn't a con when it's $3.99/month and get so many useful features as well! Support hasn't ever been a problem either, considering questions were answered in about an hour. Recommended.
