It has been a good experience with Glowhost.com - I have been using it for the past three plus months. Can say their response time for issues is pretty good. There were a few points that needed upgrade like changing password from webmail etc. which have been taken care of now. It places high value on customer support and it shows.

I like glowhost elastic sites hosting service - a human being that you can contact. With an other well known host provider that I use I find that contacting a real person is very difficult. They are secure and taken care of are something every webhosting customers would value highly and I would heartfully recommend them to anyone. A 5 five star host!

My website runs really fast with Glowhost - It's not a html website, but use large database (10gb++). So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys.
