The hardware is amazing and I didn't personally experience any downtime, except for the couple of times I had to reboot the system afetr installing extra software (using Centoserver's cPanel management panel). They have lots of extra hardware, software and support options for their root servers (at extra cost of course).

I would and will recommend CentoServer web host to all my friends and collegues that are looking for a reliable, fast and well supported hosting package. Have contacted support a couple of times and recieved prompt, helpful responses each time. Would definitely recommend this hosting provider. The fast support and patience, via email, has always been very helpful during my learning process!

I found CentoServer to be very helpful and competent in answering any questions or making changed to my site. Admittedly I am only hosting html based site, but have a steady flow of visitors, who extremely rarely report downtime. I use them for my web and email hosting and they have been very reliable with nearly no downtime since we've been using them. It is $2,49/month for feature-rich hosting plan, but for this kind of service, i will gladly pay it. Very Good Uptime, Great Support, Good Features.

As far as reliability, features, and pricing go they are a little bit above average. However, in terms of support is concerned I find Centoserver web host in Europe to be the best support I've encountered for hosting services. CentoServer web host is prompt, courteous and have continuously gone the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. Definitely recommended.
