The Northern Illinois Conference of The United Methodist Church includes more than 350 churches and new faith communities spanning the upper one-third of the state of Illinois in five regional districts. Our episcopal leader is Interim Bishop John Hopkins. The mission of The United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
